Frequently Asked Questions

We primarily manage our own crews and the subcontractors working within our scope. On projects where we are the primary earthwork and civil contractor, we coordinate the trades directly under that scope. For projects requiring broader general contracting, we can discuss what makes sense for your specific needs.

Yes. If a project has run into management challenges mid-stream, we can assess the current state, establish a recovery plan, and take over supervision. We'll be honest with you about what's feasible and what it will take.

We provide written daily logs and regular progress summaries. We communicate by phone and email throughout the project and flag any issues requiring your input promptly. You'll know what's happening without having to chase us for information.

Yes. Our site supervisors hold current safety certifications and receive ongoing training. We maintain compliant safety programs and documentation in accordance with WorkSafeBC requirements.
